Cerec

1. Visit https://customer.connectcasecenter.com and log in or register to the Connect Case Centre.

2. On the side menu, select My Favorite Contractor beneath Partner.

3. Click on Search Contractor and select Search.

4. Type CIDN LAB into the Name of Contractor field, be sure all other fields are blank, and click Start search.

5. Click the orange plus button next to the CIDN LAB and confirm that you want to add CIDN LAB to your list.

6. Upload digital files.

Sirona

1. Make sure you and your lab partner are signed up for DS Core.

2. Log into DS Core.

3. On the main dashboard, navigate to the user profile menu at the top right of your screen.

4. The profile will have your initials in a circle next to the notification bell.

5. Click on Practice.

6. You should now see your practice information and a menu header. Click on the Preferred Labs tab.

7. On the right, click Add Preferred Lab tab. You will now see a list of labs on DS Core.

8. Search the lab’s name on the search bar: CDN Lab Ltd. Once you have found the lab, click on the Add button on the right.

1. Visit https://csdentalconnect.com and log in or register.

2. On the top right , select quick connect option.

3. Click on add a partner.
